Northeast Communities Against Substance Abuse (NECASA)
The mission of NECASA is to reduce and prevent substance abuse in Northeast Connecticut's youth population. NECASA develops, coordinates and advocates for services including community awareness and education, prevention, intervention, treatment and aftercare.
